Terms & Conditions

I accept payment by cash (in person), direct bank transfer, cheque, or PayPal.

If payment is made by cheque, the purchased animal will only be released for delivery/collection once the cheque has cleared.

Should you wish to reserve any available animal, I will require a 25% non-refundable deposit (unless otherwise agreed), with the full balance payable as agreed. I can also offer payment plans on more expensive animals or quantity orders.

All transactions and payment plans must be adhered to and completed as agreed and paid in full prior to animal being released for delivery or collection.

All purchases can either be collected in person (by prior arrangement) or alternatively I can arrange for delivery to anywhere within the UK, by way of reputable DEFRA registered courier (prices will vary on location - please contact me for exact price). Fees for this service shall be met by you (the purchaser) unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

I also regularly attend reptile shows both in the UK and Hamm, Germany, so handover is possible - by prior arrangement - at one of these venues.

All the animals I offer for sale are eating, digesting, shedding (where applicable), healthy, and of a reasonable age and size. I will not sell an animal that is not healthy. In the unlikely event that your animal appears to not be 100% healthy on receipt then please contact me immediately. If your concern is valid then I will either replace or refund your animal once it has been returned to me.

If I do not hear from you within 24 hours I will assume that you are 100% happy and satisfied with your purchase, and at that point I will accept no further responsibility for it. However I will gladly offer advice if requested.

If you are exceptionally concerned then you should take your animal immediately to a specialist veterinarian for expert advice. Please be aware that some animals will often exhibit an unhappy mood for a short period of time after transit, so always allow for a settling in period to their new environment. Make sure you've done your homework before taking on a new animal. Inadequate husbandry techniques are the main cause of downward turns in the health of most newly aquired animals.

Where I can be 100% confident, I will guarantee the sex of your new animal (some species are easier to sex than others). Where I cannot offer a 100% guarantee, I will offer an educated opinion.
